The purpose of processing of your personal data is coordination of our activities, management of relationships with customers and contacts, commercial organisation, registration or communication, and tracking of commercial relationships with our customers, by collecting only the data required to enable us to determine characteristics of customers and prospective customers for contacting them by email or telephone, and/or maintaining commercial relationships, from placing the order, through to delivery, invoicing and collection. The personal data is leveraged exclusively by Global D and its subsidiaries.

Data recipients

The personal data we collect will be provided to authorised people in our internal marketing-communication, commercial, quality and regulatory, clinical, customer service and logistics, human resources and accounting departments. The collected data is stored by Global D in computer files to back up our business activities (recording orders, deliveries and product delivery tracking, organising training and events, providing product and company information, recording customer complaints, etc.).

Data enabling us to identify you as an individual (natural person) that we collect when you complete a contact form on our websites or register for training or an event: surname, first name, job, address, telephone, email. Data sent to Global D within this context is not provided to third parties.

Customer data is only stored for the length of time required for the operations it has been collected for as well as respecting the regulations in force. It is stored for the duration of contractual relations plus 3 years for business activity and information purposes. Regarding accounting, the data is stored for 10 years from closure of the financial year. Contact data is stored for a duration of 3 years if no participation or registration for Global D events has taken place, or no commercial activity has occurred. During the site visit, connection data is collected and used only for statistical and security purposes. Data sent using the contact form or email is collected for statistical and correspondence purposes. It is stored for a maximum duration of 3 years.

Global D does everything to ensure your data is secure and so prevent any unauthorised disclosure, changes or use. The data is stored in servers secured using various protocols such as encryption or firewalls. Our platforms and web services are hosted by OVH, WPServeur, Visiativ and Dimmo Software in their French and European data centres.
